This remarkable book was published in 1987, but for some reason has never become widely known in the UFO world. Written by an ex United States submariner, it presents compelling evidence that the cosmology put forward by George Adamski is a true picture of the Solar System and the Universe, and that powerful factions here on Earth have gone to extreme lengths to give the public a very different view.
The book considers Mars, the Moon and Venus separately and in detail, and shows evidence that they are all living environments. Several photographs of Mars were published in the book, the most spectacular being one of Olympus Mons, showing extensive cloud cover and green areas - a very Earthlike environment in fact. The first Viking photograph is also there - showing a blue sky. The significance of this was not realised at first, but it was quickly denounced as false colour and replaced by lurid pink pictures.
The Moon's gravity is apparently much greater than the one-sixth Earth gravity that is accepted by orthodox science, and the whirls and leaps predicted for astronauts never happened. The astronauts were seen as "bouncing" because the video was slowed down to give this effect, but they did not reach appreciaby greater heights than they would have on Earth. Also, the sight of stars from the Moon is evidence for its atmosphere. Astronauts have mentioned the fact that most stars are not visible from space - it would seem to be our atmosphere that makes most of the fainter ones visible by acting as a giant lens. This again was previously stated by Adamski when he said the background of space is totally dark. Also, soil from the Moon has grown plants, and I have seen reports of this in newspapers, but the fact was soon quoshed by the censors.
Venus seems to be the planet which is most similar to Earth, despite the statements of the most extreme sulphurous conditions. Russia's Venera landers showed a landscape bathed in sunlight, and none of the weird upward-curving horizon effects that were expected. They were also not pressure vessels like those sent later by NASA, yet sent back information. In fact it would seem that the sulphurous detection by Pioneer was caused by monitoring a major volcanic eruption, and these findings have been accepted as the norm ever since.
The other planets too, although not mapped by our probes so intensely, were shown to have much better environments than expected. The description by Adamski of the asteroid belts acting as cathodes to boost solar radiation to give the outer planets habitable temperatures was confirmed by Voyager I in 1978 which found the area just beyond the known belt was the "hottest" place in the Solar System.
So the picture of the Solar System which has become "carved in stone" would seem to be very different from the true situation, which would seem to be much more like that described by George Adamski. The book is packed with evidence of all kinds for this. This is good news in that it shows that the space friends Adamski met were real people from our neighbouring worlds, but also it is very frightening that a faction on Earth could have such international power that it can give such a totally false picture of the Universe to the whole world for its own selfish purposes.
